Offer respite to grandparents who are primary carers of their grandchildren due to their son or daughters misuse of drugs. Offer early intervention/prevention programme in schools - for parents - which helps parents become the educator of their children with regards to drugs - early warning signs to watch for and what to do. You can speak one to one with people who know what you are going through.
