What does Survive offer?

*Helpline: Wednesdays 1pm-3.30pm, anonymous and supportive helpline.

*Frontline Service: offering 1:1 meetings to both men and women, for emotional or and/or practical support.
*Men’s Support Group: a closed therapeutic group for male survivors, which runs bi-weekly on a Monday evening. Referral into the group is available by contact with the male worker through the Survive office.
*Library Service: Borrow specialist books about sexual abuse and recovery free of charge for up to 1 month.
*Specialist Trauma Counselling: Our counsellors understand the complexities of surviving sexual violence and abuse; they work with post traumatic stress disorder, dissociative conditions, complex trauma, depression and anxiety in a safe and confidential setting.
*Our counselling service is contributions based and is always in high demand. Should there be a waiting list when you enquire, we can offer you supportive 1:1 sessions while you wait for your counselling assessment.
