We are a 52 place nursery with 12 enhanced resource places for children with SEND. We are the only local authority maintained nursery school in York. We always have qualified teachers on site so offer education of the highest standard as evidenced by our Ofsted grading.
Our staff are highly experienced and qualified in working with all children, with or without SEND. We are skilled at developing early language and communication skills and pride ourselves on our ‘home from home’ atmosphere where children are nurtured and supported through play.
Children leave us ready for school with confidence and strong early reading, writing and maths skills.
Children may attend from 3 years old.
We offer sessions from 8:30 – 11:30 and 12:30 – 3:30.
We have a breakfast club from 8 – 8:30. (£3)
Full days incur a £6.15 charge for lunch care and the meal.
Extra morning or afternoon sessions can be taken for £16 including lunch or £29.50 for 8:30 – 3:30.
You may use your 15 or 30 hour entitlements dependent on eligibility.
