York Sea Cadets Volunteer Opportunities

Micklegate, York

Description

We need your help – we need volunteers who are happy to roll up their sleeves, get involved and make a huge positive difference to the lives of the young people we work with.

There are opportunities for both instructors where you'll be helping cadets in a range of activities and learning new skills yourself! We have a mix of uniformed and non uniformed instructors and follow a rank structure aligned to the Royal Navy and the Royal Marines, and unit assistants where you can be the backbone of your unit helping out in lots of ways from mini-bus driver to painter and decorator.

Opportunites run from 01/11/2015 to 01/03/2016. Volunteers needed Monday and Friday 7-9pm and weekends.
